While, I encourage a person to commit to 3 sessions, I also make available the single drop-in session! This session is preferably over zoom over whatsapp video.
In my sessions I like to create a sacred space. I always light a candle and begin with a brief grounding in/centering practice.
And then I open it up for you to share what
ever is feeling alive for you, what ever you may be feeling challenged with, whatever it is that you could use support/perspective with.
I like to help guide the session with questions based on what I am hearing from you and I may also offer various practices if it seems like it would be helpful for you.
