I am passionate about healing, transformation and the exploration of consciousness. I consider myself a student and teacher in this school of life. It inspires me to share with those who wish to learn, about:
I have been working intentionally with sacred plant medicines for over 25 years and trust deeply in the healing power and wisdom that can be accessed from the respectful relationship with these earth medicine teachers. One of my greatest joys and purpose in this life is to facilitate sacred space for the exploration of consciousness and guide those seeking to know and express their soul's deepest truth. I believe with all my heart that every one of us are on our own “hero’s journey,” facing a myriad of unique life circumstances and challenges to guide us to grow and transform. It takes courage and resilience to survive and thrive in these times of great change and upheaval on the planet. We all have a special story to tell of how we got to where we are at. When we are able to share and hold our story with compassion, deriving meaning from it, then we have the power to turn our painful patterns of suffering into purposeful living. I too, have my own story- of addiction, co-dependency, suffering and also of HOPE and HEALING- and I am grateful to have received the emotional, mental and spiritual support when I needed it and when I knew I could no longer "do it alone." In order to thrive with confidence and resilience, I believe we need connection to Nature and our True Selves as well as connection and support from trusted allies in our lives. |

The Gift of Music

I have been creating and singing songs since as far back as I can remember. For me the gift of song has provided me a way to express and integrate my feelings, dreams, prayers, life lessons and growth. My process of song creating has two main aspects: deep listening and intention. It is my wish and intention that these songs be an expression of truth and be of service to the healing and awakening of the whole- bringing us back to a centered clarity of who we are and why we are here. For any of my songs to have fulfilled the intention I had in bringing them forth, I am in humble gratitude.
Music is such a blessing to us all~ it has the power to unite, heal, anchor our visions and awaken consciousness. It is humanity's universal language. I like to regard my music as "Visionary Medicine Music" and I am truly honored and grateful to share these songs that come through me to the world.
