Soul Nectar Song Series- A Five Week Course (registration closed)
(Registration now closed)In this 5 week online series I will be guiding you through various practices, techniques and rituals to deepen connection to your VOICE, your Creative SONG channel and to the Elements of Nature. There are 5 sessions, each 1.5 hour long. The sessions are on Wednesday evenings 6-7:30pm PST, and will be recorded for replay at any time for your convenience. Creating and tending to an altar is a very valuable practice in one's life. This is a clear, step-by-step guide for those seeking guidance on how to create and tend to an altar.
2 hour Deep Drop-in Session

In this deep drop-in session we will get into whatever it is that is most alive for you and that you are wanting more clarity and truth about in your life.
I will give you my undivided attention with deep listening and reflection, and may offer various practices (EFT/Tapping, vocal sounding, visualization, prayer, ritual) to support your process and your personal needs/desires for your healing and transformation.
This session can be via phone, zoom or WhatsApp.
Vocal Expression Session

This is a 60 minute session, arranged over zoom (or in person if possible!) where I support you in opening up the healing instrument of your voice, through various exercises and practices. Depending on what it is you are wanting I can also guide in "song weaving" techniques- such as "call and response" and providing prompts and musical support.
Hour Long Session

While, I encourage a person to commit to 3 sessions, I also make available the single drop-in session! This session is preferably over zoom over whatsapp video.
In my sessions I like to create a sacred space. I always light a candle and begin with a brief grounding in/centering practice. And then I open it up for you to share what ever is feeling alive for you, what ever you may be feeling challenged with, whatever it is that you could use support/perspective with. Perhaps you are in the midst of a very transformative time or just had a very transformative experience and you could really use support in understanding what this now means to your life and relationships.
I like to help guide the session with questions based on what I am hearing from you and I may also offer various practices (such as EFT/Tapping and/or guided visualization practices) if it seems like it would be helpful for you.
3 session package

This package of three hour long sessions are ideally held, once a week, and over zoom or whatsapp video.
