When…Where…How is it that you meet your walls?
the walls that you have built around your heart?
and All those places where you stand on guard ready to protect, project, fight or flight….
those fortresses of false protection that prevent you from the feeling and the healing that your soul desires?
Oh, those feelings….of disappointment. anger. sadness. fear. guilt. shame. all those wounds that you never tended to and that fester under all the ways you try to cover-up, avoid, or distract…. 
That hurt child that got left in the shadows….needs Love. 
The depth of despair within you….needs Love.   
Its time to light a candle of remembrance for the darkness within you that is ready to come meet the light of your Love. 
And in this meeting may there be a shared Gratitude for all the ways you have been given the opportunity to learn and grow and remember~ 
This Present…The Gift of your Presence….is the only place one can truly Live.
The Here and Now where we stare into our eternal truth of being…where duality is dissolved into the energy of existence.
